Registration Price per person :

$1,800 per adult (16 + years of age)

$800 for children ages 6 up to 16 years of age.

Registration is required 45 days in advance of the meeting.

All adults and children are required to register if they intend to participate in dinner and other group activities.

Hotel Arrival Date: Sunday, March 8, 2026

(Welcome Reception will be held on Sunday, March 8 at 7:00pm)

Hotel Departure Date: Saturday, March 14, 2026

For Children ages 6 up to 16 years of age the $800 fee includes the Welcome Reception, 2 onsite dinners and hosted Apres Ski as desired.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given after February 8, 2026
